At LocusEDU, we prioritize your emotional and digital safety. We believe that your journey toward self-regulation should be private by default. This policy governs our website and suite of apps, including Nervous System Reset.

Data Minimization (The “On-Device” Standard)

For our mobile applications, all personal emotional data—including your moods, body map selections, and session reflections—is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your specific “stress logs” or “reset history” unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.

1. Data We Collect

• Voluntary Data: Name or nickname (if entered) and optional email for updates.
• Usage Analytics: We use Apple’s standard developer tools to see how the app is used (e.g., “Was the simulator opened?”) to improve the experience. This is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
• Device Info: Basic hardware and OS version for troubleshooting.

2. What we NEVER Collect

• Biometric/Health Data: We do not access FaceID, TouchID, or heart rate sensors.
• Location/Media: We do not track your GPS or access your camera/microphone.
• Data for Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties or ad networks.

3. Your Rights & Control

Data Deletion: You can clear your session history within the app settings at any time. For a full data request or account deletion, email: [email protected].

Local-Only Mode: You can use our apps entirely anonymously without creating an account. Your data from the app is stored locally on your device, not externally or in the cloud. No account is required.
